How
it Works
Important: You will need Macromedia's Flash player
for this site. Click
here to download the latest version. It's free and
only takes a minute to install. Also, all of our cards
contain original music, so don't forget to turn your
speakers up!
Easy steps:

1. Join Clearlycute: Join
Clearlycute using a credit card, check or money order.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your new
Clearlycute password.
2. Login: You must login
to view and send cards. To login, enter your e-mail
address and the password that you received in your confirmation
e-mail.
3. Select a Card: Click
view cards to browse all
of our cards. Once you have chosen a card, click preview
to see what the card looks like or click send
to select the card and start sending it to someone.
4. Add Card Information and
your Message: Enter a name and e-mail address for
each recipient, either manually or by choosing a name
from the address book to the right, and clicking Add
selected recipients.
If you run out of empty recipient boxes, and would
like to send the card to more people, just click Add
more people to get more empty recipient boxes.

If you would like the recipients of your card to be
automatically added to your address book, leave the
box marked Automatically add recipients to my Address
Book, checked.
Next enter the name of the sender of the card. This
box automatically shows the name you used when you joined
Clearlycute, but it can be changed if you like.
Now enter the date that you want your card to be sent
on. If you click the Immediately button, your
card will be sent within 15 minutes. Otherwise, you
can click the Date button and schedule a date
up to a year in advance for your card to be sent. This
feature is very handy for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries
etc.
5. Send the Card: Finally,
enter your message in the box provided. You can type
your message in English, French or Spanish. Click Preview
Card or click Send Card to send your card.
You will receive an e-mail notification telling when
your card was sent.
6. Receive Confirmation:
You will receive a notification e-mail when the recipient
of your card has read it. If you would rather not receive
e-mail notifications, you can stop them by going to
the My Account page and unchecking
the appropriate boxes.
7. Mailings Pending: Here
you will see a list of all the cards that are waiting
to be sent. You can click View to see the card
and message you are sending. You can click Cancel
to cancel the sending of the card. Or finally, you can
click Edit to change any of the features you entered
when first sending the card. Once the card is sent,
it will no longer appear on the "Mailings Pending"
page.
8. Address Book: Your
address book holds up to 100 entries. To add a new entry,
type a name and e-mail address into the appropriately
labeled empty boxes and click Update Address Book.
To delete an entry, simply erase the appropriate name
and e-mail address and click Update Address Book.
9. History: The history
page is a list of all the cards you have sent from Clearlycute.
Each entry in the list tells you the date your card
was sent, who it was sent to, the card's name, if it
was viewed by the recipient, and finally gives you options
to View or Re-send the card.
10. My Account: Here you
can change the e-mail address or name that you have
registered with us. Also, you can see when your membership
expires and how many mailings you have sent. Under the
card notification heading you can check or uncheck the
boxes depending on what e-mail notifications you wish
to receive. Finally, if you wish to change your password,
simply enter the new password in the supplied boxes.
After you make a change to the "My Account"
page, you must click Save Changes, to save your
changes.
