can't see your cards. What is the problem? Answer: Our cards use Macromedia Flash. The most
common reason for not being able to view our cards is
not having the latest version of Flash installed. Click
here to download the latest version. It's free
of charge and only takes a minute to install.
Question:
How much is a membership? Answer: A one-year subscription costs $9.00, which
allows you unlimited mailings for the duration of that
year. We also offer a bargain subscription: 3 Years for
only $22.00 with unlimited mailings during the three years.
Question:
How many cards can I send? Answer: Unlimited for the period of your membership.
Question:
What happens when my subscription expires? Answer: You will receive a reminder shortly before
your subscription expires offering you the choice to renew
your subscription.
Question:
I am not receiving emails from Clearly Cute. Why? Answer: The program you use to check your email
might think Clearly Cute emails are 'spam'. When configuring
your email program, make sure you allow through all emails
from "cards@clearlycute.com" and "help@clearlycute.com"
Question:
I receive an email every time someone reads a card I sent
them. How can I stop receiving these? Answer: Login to your account with your email address
and password, then click "My Account". In the
middle of the page you will see "Card Notifications".
Uncheck the relevant options and click the "Save
Changes" button.
Question:
When I enter my credit card information, is it secure? Answer: Yes. We use Pay Pal to take your payment.
They have a highly encrypted secure website. Pay pal does
most of the credit card processing for Ebay buyers and
sellers.
